Alvaro Quiros's victory over the elite field at the Dubai World Championship has rocketed him 32 places on the World Rankings list to No 21 and pushed Tiger Woods down onto the No 23 rung

Ryder Cup opponents Hunter Mahan and Graeme McDowell have been paired together for the first round of the Commercialbank Qatar Masters.

Haney responds to Tiger's criticism
Hank Haney has hit back at his former pupil Tiger Woods' suggestion that his decision to write a book about him is "unprofessional".
Haney, who spent a very successful six years from 2004 to 2010 working alongside Tiger as his Nike Victory Red Pro STR8-FIT Tour Driver coach, is set to release a book called 'The Big Miss: My Years Coaching Tiger Woods' in April of this year, and Woods did not mince his words when he was asked what he thought about it.
"I think it's unprofessional and very disappointing," Woods said, "especially because it's someone I worked with and trusted as a friend.
